The New Mexico Cattle Growers' Association offers scholarships to our student membership so they can achieve their college and career goals, strengthening the cattle industry in New Mexico. Currently, NMCGA offers $12,500 worth of scholarships to NMCGA members each year.
Spring Scholarship Applications
Please read the requirements for each scholarship within each application.
Scholarships Offered
NMCGA and Depot Farm and Ranch Agency will award three scholarships to attend a university, community college, trade, or vocational school of the winner's choice. Scholarship amounts: Two - $2,500 and one - $500.

Allied Industries Committee Scholarship
The NMCGA Allied Industries Committee offers one $500 scholarship each year to a college student.

The NMCGA Young Cattlemen's Leadership Committee offers one $500 scholarship each year to a college student.

Cowpuncher Coffee Scholarship
NMCGA and Cowpuncher Coffee gives one $1,000 scholarship to a deserving high school senior or undergraduate student each year.

Allied Industries Committee High School Senior Scholarships
The NMCGA Allied Industry Committee awards two $500 scholarships to a high school senior each year.

Williams Ranch Supply Scholarship
NMCGA and William's Ranch Supply gives one $1,000 scholarship to a deserving high school senior or undergraduate student each year.
Deadline: April 1

YCLC/Allied Industries Committee Graduate Scholarship
The NMCGA Young Cattlemen's Leadership Committee and Allied Industries Committee offer one $1,000 scholarship each year to a graduate level student.
